Just a casual and comfortable look. I'm sure women love to wear flats for comfort, but by adding heels to this outfit can change the look completely. Add some accessories and stronger makeup and it suddenly becomes a more chic outfit for the evening. I think she looks great though. Sometimes comfort is more important.
